So how was everyone’s Friday last week? If any of you can say that you made it out of the Avalon without sweating through your shirt I just wouldn’t believe you. Last week recorded the largest capacity that any CONTROL or Avaland night has ever had, proving once again that there is no substitute for hard-hitting electronic music in the city of Los Angeles. We thank you all for making CONTROL what it is every week, and it really is all of you fans and enthusiasts that keep this shit going.

That said, we invite you once again this week to come dance to another heavily weighted lineup including Zodiac Cartel, Don Diablo, Hatiras, and more.
Please RSVP all names to JONAH@GOTTADANCEDIRTY.COM to be on our discount ticket list for the night. All guests on our list please enter through the left side Honey Lounge entrance. Pricing will be as follows:
21+: 10$ before 12am
18+ 15$ before 12am

Well at last my dirty dancers of the world, I promised this all summer, and why not tease you until I could be satisfied with something that went from summer fun to hot hard nastiness. This is a good look at what’s been pounding our ears here in LA all summer. Moreover, these artists are climbing into the spot light, with their tracks dropping massively at festivals around the world these past months. My artist highlighted being the party monsters known as Nadastrom. They can’t be stopped. Nothing better than a poisonous blend of the banger-wobble-bassline- tribal-ravetastic-fist pumping glory I know you all have a soft, hard spot for. Play at high volume and hold on to your knickers.

Wolfgang Gartner vs Fake Blood – Flashback to Mars (Denzal Park Mash Up)

Fear not readers; I wouldn’t stick you with a cheesy blend of “Flashback” and “Mars” forced together, but a real treat from duo Denzal Park, featuring Kam Denny from Vandalism. Borrowing those jock jam baseball organs from Fake Blood, this mashup turns “Flashback” into a real ass shaker, you know, if you’re into that sort of thing.
¡BONUS STAGE!
This and “Flat Cold Medina” are my favorites from “The Mash Up Machine”.

Don’t tell my fellow editors, but I’m considering quitting the team to start my own music blog. I’ll give it an American name, but every post will be written in French using Google Translate and packed with bangers and irrelevant partypics.

They have a few shows on each coast and a couple in between so if they are in your area make sure to grab your tickets soon as we all know how these guys have the tendency to pack the house.
