The Finnish teen, Lenno, has given us the green light to premiere one of his secret weapons from last Summer that features the old Temper Trap hit, “Sweet Disposition.” He brings new life to the the familiar vocals by layering them on top of Pryda‘s big room disco jam, “Mighty Love,” which makes for the perfect DJ tool to give your set some variety. If you’re not a DJ, don’t worry, it certainly makes for great listening material. New Yorkers, keep an eye out for Lenno headlining Electric Beach in November. Enjoy.
There aren’t many artists in dance music right now who are consistently putting out as much diverse, quality work as our man Beni is at the moment. His remix work over the last few months has been stellar. He jazzed things up on his remix of “Two Way Street” by Kimbra. His remix of “Friends” by Sneaky Sound System was a jackin’ house remix full of 90s flair. And his remix of “The Edge” by Yuksek took the sound to the deepest, darkest corner of the club. This is all proof of what a masterful maestro of house music Beni is.
Beni’s latest showpiece is his remix of “Trembling Hands” by The Temper Trap. He flips the original on its head, chops up the vocals and turns everything inside out, combining the elements of all his most recent house remixes and making it into something that will indeed leave any dance floor trembling.
