Life’s a bitch and then you die. The haunting lyrics of Nas on his recent single have been echoed through the years of hip-hop. Dallas newcomer Zander has given us the reason to live up the motto in his low-end driven house flip, with a deep wobble, stabbing bassline and a hint of breaks for good measure. Fans of Jack Beats, Amine Edge & Dance and Tchami will be all over this one. Grab it below for FREE DOWNLOAD!
The burgeoning future house pioneer, Tchami, is getting back on his release schedule with the announcement of his forthcoming EP, After Life. Aiming to not only bring us music from the present, but also going beyond and blessing us with sounds of the After Life, the Parisian studio wizard is playing off of darkness and light with his evolving signature sound. This concept is exemplified by the EP’s title song, “After Life” ft. Stacy Barthe, that dives into brooding textures, which lead into a striking sequence featuring the familiar Tchami synth work. Along with the song, Tchami also released its captivating music video that takes you through a mysterious story surrounding a man who seems to be suffering from a troubled inner dialogue. Check out the track and the music video after the jump. Stay tuned for more Tchami coming soon!
One of the biggest tracks of the HARD Summer weekend is a recent FREE giveaway from a young producer by the name of JAUZ. His single “Feel The Volume” was heard across the park on both days, played by the likes of Tchami, Hannah Wants, Kry Wolf and Mercer. This tune goes from zero to beast and has NIGHT BASS written all over it. Big ups Buygore for this freebie, and keep watch on JAUZ for more madness like this one…
A mysterious track has surfaced on Spinnin Records soundcloud – a live rip from the recent Glastonbury festival where BBC Radio 1 bosses Pete Tong and Annie Mac did a special b2b set. Who do you think it is? The title font looks familiar…
The mysterious parisian phenom Tchami has surfaced “a little gift” on his soundcloud today, releasing his tribute bootleg of ‘Move Your Body’ by Marshall Jefferson. An homage to the Chicago house classic, Tchami has sent it to festival fathoms with his punchy basslines and jackin spirit. Grab it below for FREE, and keep an eye on Tchami as he continues to conquer the rest of 2014.
It’s been two years since Chi Duly‘s Balloons of Haus, the remix album that did victory laps around the internet with a cosign from The Weeknd himself. Since then, this Brooklyn-based artist has maintained a steady flow of crowd favorites, while cultivating his original sound. With an arsenal of remixes on deck, album co-production credits on the upcoming Shadows on Stars project, and a follow up to Balloons of Haus due late summer, he’s ready to take his career to new heights.
In celebration of Wacks Records‘ inaugural release, a split single from Chi Duly and Aloha, “Never Give Up/Soul Jam,” coming on Tuesday, July 8th, Chi Duly has put together a 22-track guest mix that bridges deep house with rap and R&B, making for a cool house party vibe. Additionally, he’s included two previously unreleased tracks for exclusive downloads (DL in tracklist after the jump), so be sure to grab those after enjoying the mix.
It’s another amazing round of hot new tracks courtesy of your boys Stevie Ewald + aRod. And when we say hot new tracks, we mean it. All ten tracks in The Dirt #151 are fresh out of the oven. And the best part? They’re all free for your taking. A brand new remix by The Twelves (of The Knocks, no less!)…yeah, that’s in there. New originals from Cyril Hahn, Gorgon City, Figgy & Cory Enemy? Those are in there, too. Plus heaters by our homies Panic Bomber and Huerta, Tchami, and a ridiculous anthem by Mayhem, Antiserum, Gents & Jawns.
Get’em while they’re hot.

My personal one to watch for this year is on a warpath of production and his newest creation doesn’t stray from that truth. The mysterious Parisian known as Tchami has spread his viral sound this year into some huge originals and remixes for the likes of Mercer, AlunaGeorge, Oliver and more. Today he dropped a preview to his forthcoming original “Untrue” and it is on another level of feels. I’ll just stop talking and you can just listen below…
