SNBRN has truly done it again on this one, taking an alternative angle when approaching the original song. Sampling Marvin Gaye’s lyric “just grab a hold of my body and mind” and looping it over a perfectly crafted punchy bass has created an undeniable festival house anthem. Luca Lush has been crushing remixes left and right, and was even recently added to the Splash House 2015 June lineup.  His forward thinking sound is certainly one-of-a-kind, and he brought it with this remix for LA’s own SNBRN.  Perhaps the most unique of the “Raindrops” remix, this one brings some out-of-this-world synth work, creative percussion and one hell of a tune.  Download it for free now.

SNBRN feat. Kerli - Raindrops-500x500

Rising LA house/indie-dance artist SNBRN makes his Ultra Music debut with the release of “Raindrops”. In “Raindrops”, the Southern California native carefully balances warm piano chords and Kerli’s infectious vocals with an undeniably catchy synth hook. This expertly crafted interplay of melody results in a sublime piece of house music.

“6 months ago I met Kerli at a small studio in Venice Beach, California. We shared our stories, really got to know each other and came up with a concept that would evolve into the song you hear today. We wanted to create a song that would be powerful and moving yet also something you could really groove to. The lyrics really hit home for me and I’m so excited to finally share it with you guys. It was such an unbelievable experience to work with Kerli and create something so beautiful from nothing. The best things always take time; the wait was definitely worth it. I present to you RAINDROPS.” – SNBRN

This club-ready official remix is sure to keep you grooving all the way through the night.

“Been a huge fan of American Horror Story, so when I got asked to remix Carousel I couldn’t resist. With dark vibes and a deep baseline I wanted to take this remix to the grave and back. Hope you guys enjoy this tune because there’s no turning back now.” – SNBRN

Our good bud, SNBRN, has been on a remix tear as of late, putting his sun-drenched steez on everything from Mark Morrison to 50 Cent to Ace of Base, and today he caps off his string of summertime tunes with a beautiful remix for Indiana’s “Heart On Fire.” He incorporates a lovely chord progression matched with dance-y, shuffling hi hats for a remix that feels equally accessible and (poolside) dancefloor ready.
