You might remember LA duo Phantoms from a post we did back in March when they released their self-titled EP via OWSLA’s NEST IV service on Drip.FM. Their production can be classified as deep yet funky, taking aim at 5AM dancefloors everywhere with their groovy yet energetic style. After somewhat of a lull on their Soundcloud, the guys are back today with a remix of London-based FKA Twigs, who recently released her EP2 via Young Turks last month.
Phantoms create a deep roller with this remix of “Papi Pacify” — definitely a heads down hands up tune ready for any dark after after party. Keep close watch on these guys providing their output gets consistent.
