CONTROL (2/10) ft. CUT COPY (DJ SET) + MIDNIGHT JUGGERNAUTS (DJ SET)

Break out your skinny jeans and your dancin shoes – Friday night we’re gonna do the dirty disco. This week @ CONTROL we welcome two special DJ sets by Cut Copy and Midnight Juggernauts. This is a rare performance to catch these bands doing special dj sets aside from their own live shows, with support from the likes of Casual Touch and 2TONEDISCO. Pre-Sales have already SOLD OUT, so we will have a VERY LIMITED guest list this week. Please make sure to arrive well before doors open to guarantee entry.

Big Time Lineup at Cinespace Tonight!

I know it’s a little late notice, but it’s a big night at Cinespace tonight kiddos! As you can see above, Midnight Juggernauts will be performing live off of their new album, The Crystal Axis, which was released on Siberia Records in June. Main stage will also play host to another live performance from Las Vegas electro trio, Afghan Raiders, who will also be making an appearance at HARD Summer in August. I don’t know about you all, but I love to see live shows as often as possible, so I would definitely suggest making it out to catch both of these acts.

On top of the live sets in the main room, an all star DJ lineup will also be in effect including Dances With White Girls, DCUP (one of the masterminds behind the epic summer hit ‘We No Speak Americano’), and your friendly resident DJs Them Jeans and Dan Oh.

Wow. THis guy is a whole new slap to the face of fresh electro fun. Known for his intergalactic sounding noise, DANGER is taking the dance scene by storm with his eccentric live shows and hypnotic heavy beats. If your with me here in lala land, be sure to see DANGER share the stage with a rare Fischerspooner DJ set at CONTROL Fridays @ The Avalon (H-WOOD), tickets are $20 at the door. Mellow.
