There’s not a whole lotta info about up and coming producer, LEVI, aside from the fact that he’s French. There must be something in the water over there though because this Obligation EP is some dope shit. Driving beats mixed with Justice like grunge, progressive meodic synths and funky grooves amke this 3 track EP diverse and delicious. Take a listen below and make sure to grab it —> here!
It’s not simply the towering Marshall stacks flanking the stage that always make you feel as if Justice truly are the 21st century manifestation of Rock n’ Roll. Xavier de Rosnay and Gaspard Augé, better known as the French DJ and production duo Justice, have always crafted unique and vibrant soundscapes full of energy when putting together their live shows. It’s visceral, you feel it in your chest, and it compels you to move.
The new Justice live album, Access All Arenas, comes on the heels of a massive tour to support their sophomore LP effort Audio, Video, Disco. Access All Arenas is an 80-minute, 14 song medley of their biggest hits, old and new, all presented in a refreshing fashion to keep fans on their toes.

I was truly taken aback when I first heard Mosh‘s full-length album Monarchy. I felt like I had time-traveled back to 2007, when French electro acts like Justice and SebastiAn ruled the roost. I remember after Cross dropped a plethora of people began to experiment with DAWs, attempting to recreate those magical rock-inspired French grooves. Now nearly five years later, Mosh has succeeded where most have failed.
Mosh’s album Monarchy is a true full-length album. Mosh has not only managed to make Monarchy listenable in its entirety, but has also made it enjoyable from start to finish. Monarchy encapsulates everything that made 2007 seem so special, throws it into a blender and serves it up cold. The album really has it all: hip-hop inspired house beats, dark distorted bass lines, head-nodding grooves, and most importantly, power.
Mosh was also kind enough to put together an exceptional mix just for you. Both his album and the mix are available for FREE download below.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! As you sit back and relax with good food, family and friends check out this newest installment of The Dirt by Tre and yours truly. This week we have a groovy mix that features a lil bit of everything. 35,000 people were on hand this past Saturday to attend the first ever Hard Presents: Day Of the Dead festival in downtown Los Angeles. The lineup was one of the most eclectic we have seen of any Hard Event and we could not wait to see how it turned out.
HARD events first ever Day of the Dead festival is tomorrow. With a monster lineup and Hard’s reputation for throwing some of the best electronic-based events, what is not to like?
There are a few things that we feel all first timers & even seasoned veterans of going to these events in downtown should know.
