Rambo V is a San Diego-based producer who has been turning heads with his extremely unique sound. With popular remixes of Outkast, Colour Vision and Disclosure under his belt, he turned to one of the more popular house jams at the moment, “Thinking About It.” Rambo’s version features the standout vocal samples repurposed with a more ambient, spaced out vibe. During the ladder half of the track, elements of acid house come creeping into the background, further pushing it’s boundaries. Grab the free download, and look out for more Rambo V soon!

From Long Beach to Hollywood to Santa Barbara, the Summer party scene in Southern California is a season like no other. From sunset cruises up the coast to rooftop pool parties, nothing beats Summer party season in Southern California. And these types of shindigs, of course, require the right kind of music to set the tone of the party. One track that has perfectly encapsulated Southern California’s sophisticated Summer sound thus far in 2014 has been “Thinking About It” by Just Kiddin. “Thinking About It” is a shimmering ray of sunbeam House that has not only taken the West Coast by storm, it’s been charring speakers all around the world this Summer with support by world class artists like The Magician, Clean Bandit, Blonde & Annie Mac (just to name a few). For a couple of dudes from Kettering of Northamptonshire in the East Midlands of England, Just Kiddin sure do know a thing or two about Summertime.
FFRR have teamed up with Eton Messy (along with Win Music stateside) on this brilliant release – “Thinking About It” is available NOW on Beatport for your downloading pleasure.

Around this time last year, we premiered the first mix from the Belgium-based house music duo known as Arches. Since then, we’ve continued our support while they’ve released top-quality music like their new There’s A Place EP on Columbia Records, and their fresh remix of Keisza’s “Giant In My Heart.” We though it was about time for an Arches guest mix feature, so they’ve delivered a stand out mix featuring the latest and greatest house music of their own, as well as tunes from Duke Dumont, Redlight, Just Kiddin, Friend Within, Moon Boots, and more.
Following the release of their well-received Intimacy EP (via Nurvous Records), the UK’s own power duo, Just Kiddin, have come through with a guest mix to provide the vibes as we move into the weekend. Known for their evocative style of “soulful, melodic, and smooth House grooves,” they have distinguished themselves as underground tastemakers armed with a crossover appeal. Just Kiddin‘s guest mix embodies this unconventional sound while taking it an extra step further with a tasteful curation of several other sought-after tracks. Keep an ear out for a special new exclusive that they’ve included, and enjoy the excellent hour of House music.
