New York-based trio, Innerpartysystem, has released a new track, Not Getting Any Better, accompanied with a pretty impressive roster of remixes including touch-ups from Sander Kleinenberg, Sidney Samson, Treasure Fingers, Dave Aude, and Designer Drugs. The guys are giving away two of the aforementioned renditions, one of which I will post below. Head on over to Innerpartysystem’s Soundcloud to check out the whole package and pick up the Designer Drugs remix as well. I, personally, wasn’t too big of a fan enough to post it here. Maybe you’ll disagree? Let me know.

The hometown heroes known as The Crystal Method are coming back to the Avalon once again this Friday along with the windy city trio, Midnight Conspiracy, who have been kicking up a lot of dust recently with their repertoire of remixes; most notably the ‘Night By Night’ remix they did for Chromeo a few months back. Always a good show when The Crystal Method plays out in LA (especially for a two hour set), so come spend your Friday with us.
Please RSVP names to email@example.com to be on our discount ticket guestlist for the evening. All names must be submitted before 5:30pm tomorrow night.

Literally just got sent this as I was making this post so I thought I would pass it along to you! Pretty heavy…
It’s no surprise that the lead singer from Toronto’s Dragonette is adored by electronic producers looking for that sexy but badass vocal sample. With 3 new EPs out in the last 2 months, Martina is working and remixing with the likes of Kaskade, Martin Solveig, Sidney Samson, Dada Life, Joachim Garraud, Villains, and Innerpartysystem. Dragonette’s recent collaboration w/ Martin Solveig entitled “Hello” is a big room house gem that’s catchy and not too poppy for playing out. I have the Club Edit for you dirty dancers (and DJs), along with an acidy-electro take on the track from Dutchman Sidney Samson.
Also, Martina did vocals working with Kaskade
on an EP for the track “Fire In Your New Shoes,” which has two especially solid electro/disco/house remixes by Innerpartysystem and Ming. Get on em because they’re well mastered fire.
