What better way to coast into the weekend than a free download from longtime GDD favorite Amtrac. Last year was a bit of a breakthrough year for him as he was asked to provide tour support for Kaskade, and also found himself on some pretty awesome HARD lineups. This newest track he just dropped called Don’t Know, which also features the help of the Posso babes, is some terrific fuel to fire you up for the hotter months ahead. Warm keys, jacking drums and catchy vocal chops make this another weapon from the Amtrac arsenal. If you’re gonna be in Miami for WMC, he’ll be doing a b2b set with Jack Beats at the OWSLA Good Times party and also throwing weights at the Skrillex & Friends party at Mansion on the 28th.

Following up the wildly successful dog video for HARD Summer, the creative team from HARD is back with an all new video for Day of the Dead here in LA November 2nd and 3rd. Check it out.
As Summer comes to a close, we can only look forward to the chilling air to fill our lungs at HARD Day Of The Dead as the Halloween season approaches. The second installment of HARD’s DOTD mixtape series comes from one of our personal favorites: Amine Edge & DANCE. The French G-house globe trotters have been infecting the scene with their gritty funk and thumping bass that make up the sound they truely can call their own. This mix is comprised of all their own originals and remixes, a true showcase of what’s to come at the festival. Dig into this one and get your funky costume ideas flowing…

The dust hasn’t even settled and neither has any of our excitement from the HARD Summer Music Festival… with so many incredible sets that made it conflicting to catch everything planned, the Redbull Music Academy Radio did us all a solid and recorded most of the top sets from the weekend. We’re sure more are going to surface this week, but for you thirsty folk out there we got a pretty good first batch for you to froth over and get through the week. Enjoy!

This mix is fly. Fans of Disclosure, Breach, and all things that pop to bassy, sexy house music should dig this mix by the duo consisting of Foamo and RackNRuin. Right after you catch our very own BONES on the HARD Stage, stay put and see Gorgon City perform on the same stage right after at HARD Summer 2013 on Sunday, August 4.
The clouds have finally broken as HARD maestro Destructo has finally dropped his much anticipated HIGHER EP today, being released on both OWSLA and Boysnoize Records (and making for one hell of a debut). CO-produced with U-Tern, The EP single features a special extended mix, along with 2 monstrous remixes from Tommy Trash and Brodinski, both flexing their styles respectively onto the already anthemic original. The package also includes the B side “2112″, which highlights Destructo’s obsession with technology and futuristic sounds as the bouncing bass ebbs and flows from beginning to end.
Listen below, and make sure to pick up the EP today on Beatport!
