I always do love a funky acid house groove squelching out of a 303, today is no exception. Sex Panther and FYOR have teamed up to breathe some new life into acid for the mainstage, the likes of which we haven’t seen since Afrojack’s classic “Pacha On Acid.” With a nice amount of support already, it looks to be quite the secret weapon timed for the biggest festival stages– went pretty well when MAKJ dropped it into his Coachella sets, of course. Look to hear plenty more of this one this season, and be sure to look good and wear it well while you do so in the latest by Sex Panther Apparel. Oh, and +10 if you can guess where that sample’s from. 😉
To kick off the weekend and his performance tonight @ CONTROL, the LA native FYOR (formerly NO BODY) is giving away his youtube inspired new original It’s A Fyor. Sampling the infamous “Ain’t Nobody Got Time For That” video, this one rings in as a solid crowd pleaser fit for the big room set. But make no mistake – despite the parody, this track goes from zero to main stage with a fat crunching bassline and howling lead. Grab it below for FREE, and catch FYOR tonight supporting Crookers, GTA and Valentino Khan (along with our own Burn Unit too) @ Avalon!
This Friday at CONTROL will be the first LA club headline gig that Crookers has done as a solo act. After Phra + Bot split late last year, Phra has maintained the Crookers moniker — already releasing new material on his brand new label, Ciao Recs. Supporting the Italian stallion will be GDD™ favorites GTA, Valentino Khan, Fyor, and a late night set from GDD’s own, Burn Unit.
Please email names to RSVP@gottadancedirty.com to be on our discount guestlist for the evening. All names must be submitted by 5:30PM on Friday.

TGIF! Our good buddy FYOR gave us the exclusive on his new original ‘Bump N Grind’ – a big room monster with an anthemic build into a massive wave of acid stabbing chords. Festival season is around the corner, get after it.
With the start of a new year, we’re excited to watch the emergence of young producers on the rise. The LA grown Kevin Chapman aka FYOR (of former duo NO BODY) has hit the ground running in 2013 with a big room monster that sounds as nasty as its name. His track “Chupacabra” takes an anthemic ride into the bowels of sinister synths that grind over a massive bass kick. Expect to hear this one across the festival circuit this year.
Whiiite‘s debut EP, Whiiite Begins, has truly put this producer on the map. Shrouded in darkness and mystery, Whiiite brings an amalgam of bass music in his productions and performances, and the range of genres has opened wider with 6 new remixes of the initial release. You’ll hear bits of Electro, Techno, Dubstep, Trap, and more in the remix EP — featuring new takes from Vandalism & Mr. Fluff, Calvertron, Sharooz, ETC!ETC!, Protohype, and a free Big Room-er from our buddy Fyor which you can grab below. Pick up the whole thing on Beatport now.
IT’S BOOTY TIME!
Kevin Chapman of the former duo No Body has take up the new moniker FYOR and has been on a warpath of production since then, sending his powerful electro house straight for the main room. To kick off his debut, he has released his first “BOOTY PACK” – featuring (4) bootleg remixes of Chris Lake, Eva Simons, Deth Hertz, and No Body. Who doesn’t love a FREE booty?
