Last year, France’s Watermät broke through with his hit, “Bullit,” that was one of the biggest tracks of the summer, and now he’s back with a new collaboration with Germany’s TAI as a follow up. Each of them have their own individual sounds, but when they’re fused together, the result is this firing new tune, “Frequency.” Combining driving grooves with big-room appropriate elements, the pair seem to have created a versatile house tune that can crush a festival, just as hard as a club. Have a listen to “Frequency” here – it’ll be released next Monday, March 30th via Spinnin’ Records.

The multi-talented musician and Headtron artist, jOBOT, is making his mark on the healthy underground bass music scene with each and every stunning release. Drawing from eclectic influences, he typically exudes his versatility as a producer by tastefully incorporating different genres into one track. His remix of Dawn Richard’s “Frequency” is packed with an enormous glitch-hop punch that moves through a sub-bass drenched trap-like bridge and then returns back to the original synth-driven grittiness. jOBOT and his live side project, Continuum (w/ GRiDWORK), are certainly two special acts to watch this year. Have a listen, download, and head to the Envision Festival to catch jOBOT in action.
