If you were looking for a little pick-me-up on this Monday, then our buds at Main Course have just the treat for you. This free snack is compliments of LA’s rising talent Wood Holly, who delivers a thumping 808 bass demon in the form of Bowser. With early support from the likes of Worthy, Kill Frenzy, and the head honchos at Main Course, we figured you’d also like to enjoy this tasty bite.

We’ve got quite a treat for you this Sunday afternoon. Our friend, Jayko, just sent us over a remix of the Rudimental track “Baby” for us to give away exclusively to YOU! Fresh off his performance on our Wide Awake Art Car at Beyond Wonderland SF, Jayko has had a string of releases this year off labels such as Sweat it Out!, Straight Up!, and Temple Music Group. This remix does not disappoint blending a touch future house and bass over the classic Rudimental vocals. Grab the track for free below and enjoy!

Like a phoenix rising from its ashes, the third installment of my Haute & Bothered mixtape series has arrived after a year’s hiatus. The aesthetic draws heavily from certain tracks that disavow basic genre umbrellas, and after crawling out of the deep house black hole that I found myself in the last year, it seemed right to enter the autumnal equinox with a grip of new tracks that subscribe to this mantra from the likes of Curses, Canblaster, SCNTST, as well as an original track from myself mixed into the fray.

In a year that’s seen the fusion of genres like garage and house reach a fever-pitch, UK bass producer Hostage has been at the forefront of the sound. He’s giving away a pumping, low-end monster in the form of Nowhere to Hide. With a thick, bubbling bass and jacking drums, this tune could fit nicely in many an arsenal.

There’s not a whole lotta info about up and coming producer, LEVI, aside from the fact that he’s French. There must be something in the water over there though because this Obligation EP is some dope shit. Driving beats mixed with Justice like grunge, progressive meodic synths and funky grooves amke this 3 track EP diverse and delicious.  Take a listen below and make sure to grab it —> here!

In light of hitting over 30,000 followers on Facebook, RAC has released an incredible cover of the 1996 hit Lovefool. The song has a contemporary disco feel, while the infections vibes of the original are preserved in the vocals and melody. Take a listen, I can guarantee you’ll be smiling by the end.
