With his chilled-out, soulful house style, he’s been garnering the attention of the masses, and now he’s really taking off after creating this outstanding remix of Flight Facilities’ “Two Bodies” featuring Emma Louise. HNNY always brings a specific vibe to his productions, and this remix is no exception. He has crafted a silky house number around the gorgeous Emma Louise vocals to induce an immersive dream-like state in the listener, so check it out to see what it’s all about.

Sweet, Sweet, disco nectar delivered strait to your door. This sun-kissed ultra funky mix mutates & cultivates the vibes of Tropicool‘s essence in the South Bay. Everything is in full bloom, the birds, bees, and the myrts feel it.  The sand is warm and the micheladas are frosty.  Poseidon is holding a conch shell to his ear, and the vibration station is starting to reverberate.  Perv and swerve, because for this one, you’re meant to loose control while on cruise control.

As I made my way to the office this morning listening to Jason Bentley‘s “Morning Becomes Eclectic” radio show on KCRW here in Los Angeles, I stopped at the usual Coffee Bean to fuel up, and as I got back in my car I heard the first sounds of the newest single from aeronautical duo, Flight Facilities, featuring gorgeous vocals from Brooklyn’s Christine Hoberg. “Clair De Lune” was released early this month on Glassnote Records, and an unbelievable accompanying music video directed by Dave Ma was just released on Tuesday. I highly recommend checking out the video and picking up the single here. √++

After a heavy weekend of bashing my ears to death, they were absolutely delighted to hear this Flight Facilities mix of Miike Snow. A minute and a half in and I already got a sense that this was going to be a summer favorite of a mine in the same way I would get excited to hear a new Cut Copy track. Now almost half way through 2012, I probably wouldn’t be surprised to see it end up on a few charts at the end of the year.
