The legend is returning. It’s been years since we’ve heard new original stuff from the Chicago stalwart DJ, Felix Da Housecat, and this March he gives us a touchstone of his forthcoming album with the Sinner/Winner EP out on NYC imprint, No Shame, on the 18th of next month. The EP fills the void that Felix’s absence caused, incorporating his universal ability to make listeners genuinely feel the love for House music. As a cherry on top, fellow CHI legend, Green Velvet, will also be providing a remix of the title track for good measure, but we’ll have to wait to hear that one. Looking forward to catching a set at one of Felix’s 3 Miami appearances next month.
London based dirty dancers we’ve got some exciting news: After a £1million facelift, Brixton’s legendary venue formerly known as The Fridge is re-opening, this time as Electric Brixton. The club launches on Saturday 24th September, with sets from Felix Da Housecat, DJ Hell, Hannah Holland, JoJo De Freq, Tom Starr, and Keith & Supabeatz. Early birds have already gone on sale and you can grab those here.
Over the coming months Electric Brixton will be hosting a weekly party from the Get Loaded brand, as well as shows from M.A.N.D.Y, Japanese Popstars, Gilles Peterson, Stanton Warriors, and Kissy Sell Out.

We are proud to announce our partnership with the world-wide party concept and brand name, We Love House, created by Deejay Booking. The first French edition of We Love House will take place this Saturday (June 11th) at the world-renowned Queen Club in Paris, France. The event is set to have an impressive opening with a lineup featuring house legends and tech-house heavyweights alike: Felix Da Housecat, Pleasurekraft, and Dan Marciano.
The 3rd installment of the wave consists of some groovey jams that went over very well last friday when i played @ the Vanguard with Miike Snow. They are timeless, and sure to take you to your special place. Get these on your hardrive and make some sweet sweet love. If last weekend included And-1-ravin’ in some sort of wacko outfit, these feel-good numbers should settle your post-Halloween juices nicely.
