Two bouncy Holland duos, Chocolate Puma & Firebeatz, have joined forces for a new single due out on Spinnin’ Records July 16th, and it’s already gained massive support and attention from some of the world’s tops including Pete Tong, Axwell, Diplo, and Fatboy Slim. Everyone seems to be begging to get this track to play this summer, but it looks like we’ll have to wait until next month for its release. For now, this great music video will do.

Today Fatboy Slim is proud to announce the killer line-up taking over the Brighton AMEX Stadium alongside him on 1 & 2 June this year at Big Beach Bootique 5. Joining the original superstar DJ at the American Express Community Stadium’s first ever live music event will be some of the biggest names in dance music: Fatboy Slim, Carl Cox, Nero, AnnieMac, DJFresh, Luciano, MayaJane-Coles, The2 Bears, Doorly, JaguarSkills & UnionDJs.
When I opened up my inbox and saw an email with Riva Starr in the title I got pretty damn excited. And then opening that message was like a revelation, a sexual awakening of sorts. There were two more names that didn’t show up in the subject line! Bearyman… Fatboy Slim? This is gonna be good… The three party starters deliver a completely unique and groovin’ tune that I wouldn’t really expect from any of them individually and I think that’s what makes this a perfect jam.
The trio advises all you dirty dancers to Get Naked in these hard economic times, where we shan’t be spending money on frivolous things like t-shirts and underwear, all of which are just going to come off at the end of the night anyways. The full ‘Get Naked’ release comes out on December 20th on Moshi Moshi/Snatch! with a remix effort from Carl Cox to boot. When the legendary Norman Cook AKA Fatboy Slim tells you to do something, you do it.

California Love was recently debuted on BBC Radio 1 by Dirty Dutch kingpin Chuckie, and has already gained massive support from Fatboy Slim, Chris Lake, Mightyfools, and Loose Cannons. Think you’re excited about it already? In celebration of the release, we have teamed up with Pop Rox and TJR to give you 2 versions of the track exclusively on GDD – for FREE.
I am so glad that I am no longer in college because the commencement of my summer is now completely dependent on the weather. With that said, it is a lovely 87ºF today in sunny, sweaty Los Angeles, which means it is time to put away the pea coats and bring on the boardies + bikinis. The month of April is now over, and in Las Vegas, pools have opened and day parties are in full swing. If you recall earlier this year, a few of us were lucky enough to head out to the brand new Marquee nightclub in the Cosmopolitan Hotel to do a review of the production and main resident Roger Sanchez. Well, after seeing what they had to offer in January, both aesthetically and musically, the only thing on our minds was splashing around in that pool to some big tunes this summer.
GDD™ will be giving away 2passes for all Marquee Dayclub and Nightclub ‘United’ events for THE ENTIRE WEEKEND (4 days!). After testing the waters on our Facebook earlier today, it’s clear that many of you will be making the sinful trip out to the desert for the weekend, but for others, this could just be your reason to go.
