Hot off of the massively successful full-length, The Devil’s Walk, released in September of last year on Mute Records, Berlin-based Apparat is out with a new single slated for release on March 15th titled, ‘Candil De La Calle.’ There’s a true nonpareil sense to the work of Sascha Ring. From his collaborative work with names like Ellen Allien and Modeselektor to his iTunes #1 album spot with The Devil’s Walk, Apparat is ahead of his time in the electronic scene, and we are excited to premiere a new remix from Austrian producer, Fennesz, from the upcoming single release.

August bank holiday weekend is always a highlight in a music savvy Londoner’s diary. It’s the one weekend in the summer where the capital takes its partying to new levels with Notting Hill Carnival, and a host of other events scattered around the city. For South-West London, the weekend is now known for the annual SW4 Festival, an integral massive in the dance music calendar boasting an impressive lineup across two days. We were there last Sunday to check it out.
