Splash House is an all-new, multi-venue pool party happening next Saturday and Sunday out in bright and sunny Palm Springs. Our friends from Private Label, LED, and Pacific Festival have curated a fantastic 2-day lineup with stages at the Saguaro, Curve, and Caliente Tropics hotels, featuring some of the best names in poolside tunes including Classixx, Bag Raiders, Eats Everything, and yes, Poolside. Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs released his first mix CD last week as the Get Lost VI compilation for Crosstown Rebels, featuring 2CDs, 32 tracks, and over 140 minutes of music. Debuting on this compilation is the new collaboration between Orlando (TEED) and Eats Everything titled “Lion, The Lion.” The new single, available only on Get Lost VI as of now, reaches into the Techno/Tech House world and is not immediately recognizable as something you’d usually hear from either of these UK producers. It’s gritty, spacey, and experimental; definitely an awesome synergy occurring here…

Dan Pearce AKA Eats Everything will be kicking off his EDIBLE Tour this weekend in the UK, and the lineups that the jolly gentleman has curated for the 4-date tour this month are nothing short of spectacular. Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, Catz N Dogz, T. Williams, and Richy Ahmed are just some of the talent joining Eats throughout May, including a blowout last tour stop in his hometown of Bristol. Additionally, included in this teaser video is another new collaboration between Eats and fellow dirtybird, Justin Martin, and it’s too damn good. I overheard that these guys have been making a number of tracks together in the past year, so I guess we’ll see how they end up getting released. I’m getting my hopes up for an LP. This one, “The Gettup,” will be released on dirtybird in early June.

EDIBLE Tour Dates:
3rd May: Cardiff, Solus
Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs (DJ Set), Eats Everything, Catz & Dogz, T.Williams
4th May: London, Fabric
Eats Everything, T.Williams, Tom Trago Live, William Kouam Djoko
17th May: Brighton, Audio
Eats Everything, Richy Ahmed, Blond:ish
25th May: Bristol, Motion
Eats Everything, Jackmaster, Oneman, Waifs & Strays

The long-awaited Hypercolour release from Justin Martin and Eats Everything is finally right around the corner, with the digital release on Monday the 11th. Eats has said that this is the first of many collaboration EPs between the jolly duo, and based on the sound from this EP, we can’t wait. With many collaborations, it’s easy to tell who does most of the legwork, but with Feather Fight, the talent from both producers truly shines through individually as well as synergistically. Preview below and pick it up on Monday. √+
