For some reason or another, over the years most holidays that otherwise have a rather solemn connotation have merely become another day off from school/work to drink and bask in the sun in the good ol’ United States of T&A. While I feel compelled to advise you to take a minute to reflect on what Memorial Day really is all about, who are we at GDD™ to break with tradition. Hell, I know we’ll all be poolside ourselves with a cocktail or twelve in our system.
So when you’re getting drunk shaking your bum at the pool over this three-day weekend, cue up this special guest mix offered up by our Canadian homie and frequent Diplo collaborator Grandtheft. It’s stacked full of Grandtheft originals, edits, and remixes, as well as a bevy of GDD™ friends and favorites, including Cashmere Cat, RL Grime, Willy Joy, Skream, Major Lazer, Kendrick Lamar and more. With 33 tracks packed into a one-hour show you know the good vibes will keep on comin’.
Best part about it: 1. It’s free to download, and 2. It’s uncensored! Scroll over the image above to download, and get the tracklist after the jump!
SOUND THE HORN! The German mysterio TAI and Lazer Major himself DIPLO teamed up to produce “Booty Drop” – a soap bubbling bouncey tune that is not for the serious listener and most definitely for the LOL in all of us this festival season. The two dudes even put their own vocals on the track, slowing the vibe into the downtempo breakdown and then back into twerk mode with slimey sirens and booty bass kicks that go up, down, and all around. YES, they’re giving this bb out for FREE.
Our friends at Production Club put together one hell of a party in SF a couple weeks ago, with an equally impressive recap video featuring Skrillex b2b Diplo + The M Machine + Destructo + our very own Burn Unit.

After weeks of being on the #GDDRV tour, the GDD djs Troy Kurtz, BONES and Burn Unit return with a massive triple threat Dirt edition that is yours for the taking. Not only were these some of the tracks that stood out over the trips to SXSW and WMC, but also served as the soundtrack to the cross country tour spirit…
Not only do Evan and Mike of Toronto duo, Torro Torro, make the best gifs in the game for their seasonal mixtapes, they also curate one hell of a tracklist. After racking up a ton of attention this week with their Beatport-charting remixes for Zedd and Zed’s Dead (both included in this mix), Torro Torro have put together a pumping selection of new tunage — GTA’s “Hit It,” Diplo & DJ Fresh’s “Up (Earthquake)”, and ETC!ETC!’s “How You Like Me Now” to name a few. The guys are having a busy March along with the rest of us, hitting SxSW and Miami along with a string of West Coast gigs peppered throughout. Catch all of their tour dates here and grab the mix below!
“Grammy nominated french producer DJ Snake brings Mad Decent/Jeffree’s two huge tracks that are so big it is officially their first Double A-Side release. The first track “Bird Machine” featuring Alesia packs huge 808’s and an ever evolving bird whistle as the lead synth. Snake & Alesia have created an anthem that has been play’d out by superstar DJs Dillon Francis, Diplo,Baauer, Flosstradamus and many more! Snake follows up “Bird Machine” with “Together” an epic hardstyle homage with the wildest trap drop we’ve heard in a while.” Grab them both below!

ATL’s Heroes x Villains know Trap music. Not the kind of Trap your younger brother is making in his bedroom. It’s the kind of shit that Atlanta has born and bred for years. Put best by the Dirty South duo, “We’re only interested in making music you can fight or strip to.” Not a bad mantra whatsoever, and it seems to be doing them well as they’ve been commissioned by Major Lazer for an official remix of ‘Jah No Partial,’ due out on Diplo‘s Mad Decent next month. Big time roots n bass with this one.
