Italian-born, London-based DJ/producer, Solo, has garnered much attention from House and Tech House music lovers in the past 3 years, including Claude VonStroke, who picked up Solo to his Dirtybird label in 2009 after hearing Solo’s get-on-the-map track, Congaloid. Since then, the band member turned electronic producer has also been signed to Deadfish, remixed the likes of Underworld, Depeche Mode, and Wiley, and was commissioned for the DJ Mag Mix last month. Can’t wait to hear more from this one.

There couldn’t be a better time for an over-abundance of songs filled with sun-kissed vibes for the beginning of our summer here in California. I told you in my last Waves there would be another compilation on the heels of the first, and shazam, here it is. You know the drill, grab your honey, a boom box, and get poolside. Peace and shibby!
“The waves ≠ raves consists of hand-picked gems that inspire us, tickling and tempting our creative juices. Some are old, some are new, but it is what we are listening to now. They are groovey, flowing, and sun-kissed just like that perfect wave. They are uplifting and guaranteed to put a smile on your face. They sound the best with a babe in one hand, a cold brewski in the other, and the sand beneath your feet. Stay Dreamy.”
