Our friends at Production Club put together one hell of a party in SF a couple weeks ago, with an equally impressive recap video featuring Skrillex b2b Diplo + The M Machine + Destructo + our very own Burn Unit.

From LA to Scottsdale to Austin to Dallas to New Orleans to Miami, our GDD resident hooligans Troy Kurtz, BONES, and Burn Unit have taken the experience of the GDDRV journey and produced 3 essential sets wrapped into an hour of the ultimate vibe. It was recorded and created literally on the roadtrip while burning highways across the country. This was originally proposed for our guest mix on Evolution Radio (airing this Saturday 3/23), but we have decided to unleash it early for you dirty dancers, so you can catch up on all the action and step into the drivers seat of the GDDRV…

Dubfire Insomniac Exchange

There’s a reason Ali Shirazinia – 1/2 of the now defunct Grammy Award-winning duo Deep Dish and currently better known as Dubfire – consistently ranks in the upper echelons of the Resident Advisor Top 100 DJs list year after year. It’s because he’s just plain damn good. The dance music legend and SCI+TEC label impresario will bring his talents, along with cohorts Carlo Lio and Shaded, to Downtown Los Angeles this Saturday, and Gotta Dance Dirty will be taking over the downstairs Gallery of the increasingly infamous Insomniac presents Inception at Exchange LA to add to the festivities.

Featuring a very special first time ever b2b set by GDD‘s own Bones and Burn Unit, as well as guest appearances by Dr. Fresch and Bixel Boys, the party is sure to be pumping no matter which room you find yourself in.

Please email names to RSVP@gottadancedirty.com to be on our discount guestlist for the evening. All names must be submitted before 5:00PM on Saturday, 2/23.

Oh, and in case you missed it last week get a free download of Bixel Boys’ new single ‘Love Like This’ after the jump!

GDD™ and dubFrequency are teaming up once again for an escape to the desert this Friday through Sunday in Palm Springs. With Carmaggedon looming and hours of traffic on the closed 405 freeway inevitable, it was a no-brainer to repeat the amazing getaway we had at the end of July at The Saguaro Hotel. GDD™ DJs (Bones, aRod, Shae B, and Burn Unit), No Shirt | No Shoes DJs (Tropicool, Bixel Boys, SAH, and Junkyard), and our friends Kedd Cook and White on Rice will be putting down the best grooves by the pool all weekend long.

Book $99 rooms HERE and get more info HERE.

See you in the heat.

This will be a very special week for our Thursday event in Santa Monica, as we’ll be celebrating two birthdays in one. I’m lucky to share the same birthday week as my pal Vivek Srinivasan, who heads up the DANCEiSM side of VERSUS, and we’re bringing in an AWESOME special guest for the occasion — a man who has never played VS before and one who we’ve wanted to grace the 1s and 2s at The Central for a long time. Supporting him will be a surfeit of talent including our buddy from Australia, Craig Willams, a back to back set from BONES and our Miami brother Troy Kurtz, and a closing world debut set from Shadynasty, the newly formed duo project of Shae B and Burn Unit. Needless to say it’s exactly how I want to celebrate my birthday.

RSVP HERE for FREE entry before 11PM.
