Los Angeles-based collective, RIS Labs, returns after a year hiatus with a vibey new EP from multi-instrumentalist, Give In, who we initially heard on our good bud, Eric Sharp‘s, Sharp Cuts Vol. I released on Win Records last fall. Entitled Slow Moves, Give In’s new release boasts 2 smooth, techy originals balancing incisive stabs with loungy atmospherics, creating a distinct soundscape that toes the light vs. dark line.

The EP also comes along with 2 remixes — one from Eric Sharp and the other from mysterious project, Beati Paoli, who leans far to the light side with sun-soaked synth chords and happy-hearted hum alongs. Listen to the latter remix below and snag Slow Moves next Tuesday, July 15th.

Throughout the past week Eric Sharp‘s ‘Sharp Cuts Remixed EP’ has slowly been coming to life online. With one or two tracks being unveiled daily, it seems like the best is still to come with the full 10 track EP dropping on Tuesday the 17th on recently Grammy Nominated Win Music. Today we’re happy to bring you the next remix off the EP also available for free download!

Like their namesake, the mysterious duo Beati Paoli’s remix of Eric Sharp & Give In’s “Never Was Enough” is deep, dark and and perfect for late night club sets shrouded in fog and low lighting. Listen to all the remixes below and grab the download’s from Win Music!
