B. Rich has just sent us over a remix of Tiesto that he did a few months ago, and I think he has labeled it correctly calling it “trancestep”. It kinda seems like you can add ‘step’ to anything these days and make it cooler, even trance. In addition to that track I also introduce you to J. Rabbit, a dubstep and DnB specialist out of the Bronx. Look for him to produce some great new tracks this year out on Delorean Music Group and Play Me Records.

Although I moved out West a while back, I still find that my roots and comfort zone lie 3,000 miles to my right. The East Coast harbors an amalgam of people and cultures, and this diversity creates a uniqueness found nowhere else in the United States. Therefore, it is not very surprising that the East Coast electronic music scene has been flourishing for the past few years. I have compiled a little list of recent tracks produced by artists from across the way, so check ‘em out and give the East some respect.
Since we last featured Sticky K, he has found residency at San Francisco’s Goldsweat party, recorded a guest mix for Kissy Sell Out’s show on BBC Radio 1, and cranked out two of his stickiest remixes that you won’t hear anywhere else (yet). The sky is the limit for this up-and-coming producer, who is currently working on his second EP to be released on Dubsided. If you’re in the City, catch his opening set for Jack Beats on August 7th at the Paradise Lounge.
The anthemic dubstep(?) breakdown should give you enough time to fasten your belongings before this roller coaster ride plunges into an absolute stormer.

Ministry of Sound Recordings has sent us a fresh new remix by B. Rich of Fragma’s ‘Memory’ and it’s a good one. MoS has been looking hard to get some remixes of commercial artists lately and this is a great start. give a listen to it.
