Coming off a massive release on Amine Edge’s label CUFF, Thee Cool Cats quickly answer back with a funkier side, premiering their Don’t Kill My Vibe EP on the Ukraine-based label Dear Deer. This definitely rings true to the “vibes” given not only in the title but in the production – the Mexicali duo takes things into a deeper disco swing that fans of Classixx, Yuksek, and Aeroplane will be all over. Check the EP out below and pick it up today on Beatport!

It’s another amazing round of hot new tracks courtesy of your boys Stevie Ewald + aRod. And when we say hot new tracks, we mean it. All ten tracks in The Dirt #151 are fresh out of the oven. And the best part? They’re all free for your taking. A brand new remix by The Twelves (of The Knocks, no less!)…yeah, that’s in there. New originals from Cyril Hahn, Gorgon City, Figgy & Cory Enemy? Those are in there, too. Plus heaters by our homies Panic Bomber and Huerta, Tchami, and a ridiculous anthem by Mayhem, Antiserum, Gents & Jawns.
Get’em while they’re hot.

The idea of Spring is observed around here as less of a season, and more of a feeling… it’s sunny and perfect year-round, from Santa Barbara all the way down to the border. A California-tongue-in-cheek way of saying, “Let’s wear less clothing than we do in the previous very slightly chillier months, and do you want to go ride bikes?” I believe that is exactly what my main man aRod beckons you to do with this latest installment in his now iconic SpringGlo mix series.
Five years of SpringGlo in the making, this signature of an effortlessly listenable mix features a selection of the usual choice sizzlers, as well the first Twelves remix in a bit, and a pretty righteous Todd Terje/Bryan Ferry track at the end.
If you would so kindly take up headphones and join us in chasing the sunset with a cocktail into the weekend, then yes, we would like to go ride bikes.

The “Romance” EP by Darius is about as close to perfection as an Extended Play can get. It’s five tracks of pure bliss, the perfect hybrid of Deep Disco, R&B & French House. Artists like Moon Boots, Zimmer & Pat Lok have raved about it. It’s almost impossible to pick a favorite track and it’s impossible not to listen to it over & over. If you are in love or plan on falling in love anytime soon, I highly suggest letting Darius’ “Romance” EP be your guide to cloud nine.
“Romance” EP is out now via Roche Musique.

Get familiar with Graff. Once sharing the same moniker as Steffi Graf, past world rank number 1 in tennis singles for a record 377 weeks, the German might be sad a name change has taken place. Not many know about this duo, and they might like to keep it that way; at least for a little. über agent and super sober world explorer, Sir Latane Hughes, teamed up with his best, yet mysterious & sheik mate, Antone Proler, embarking on a journey gracing the lands with their electrifying house sets. Anyone who has seen them live know how special this tandem really is. Flawless transitions, vast creativity, and only the hottest new tracks from their secret vault guarded by sloth from the goonies, always makes for something special.
We know big things are coming from these boys, so we jumped on asking them to make a tape now before they are number 1. They did not disappoint. Clocking in at just over 2 and a half hours chocked full of amazing samples and a very eclectic track-listing, the creativity is unmatched, and you’ll be on grooving’ anywhere. Take this one for a long ride and let the the future legendary beats fill your soul. Be on the lookout for a full original EP in the next few months.

Brighton’s aashton has solidified himself on my personal ‘ones to watch’ list as of late, boasting official remixes in 2013 for top labels Get Physical and Kitsuné along with an EP on the tasteful Body Work imprint. Next up in his release schedule is the Show You EP forthcoming on Loungin’ Recordings which puts aashton’s deeper House and Garage talents on display, with 2 originals and 2 remixes that round out one hell of a vibe.
Today we’re excited to share the second original from the release, “If I’d Known,” which teeters gracefully along the lines of deep and nu disco, with lighthearted synth work skipping nimbly underneath sexy sax riffs and emotive vocals that flip pitches for an effect that’s producing many feels over here. Have a listen below and check the rest of the EP & pre-order the 12″ here. √+
