RL Grime has released the full tracklist of his upcoming debut album ‘Void’ and it reveals collaborations with Boys Noize, Big Sean and Djemba Djemba.

After releasing a Tron-like video for ‘Core’ in July and premiering ‘Reminder’ – a Weeknd-reminiscent collaboration with How To Dress Well – in September, the NYC-based trap producer just dropped ‘Scylla’ as the third single from the LP.

‘Void’ will be out on November 17 on WeDidIt Records. Pre-order is available from today.

Check out the full tracklist.

Deetron Readies Next Release for Character

Deetron (a.k.a. Sam Geiser) will helm the next release on his newly minted Character imprint. Entitled Photon, the two-track EP follows from last summer’s inaugural Marssingle (which found the veteran Swiss DJ/producer teaming up with Ripperton under the pair’s rarely seen Roots Panorama moniker), and marks his first solo effort since 2013’s Music Over Matter LP. No formal release date has been shared as of yet, but we’re told to expect Photon sometime in early December. Until then, a clip of the EP’s piano rave-inflected original track (which gets treated to a stripped-back dub rework) can be heard below.

GlobalGathering cancels 2015 festival

GlobalGathering will not take place in 2015, festival organisers have said.

The event has been running annually since 2001. A statement posted on the festival’s website reads: “After 13 years of delivering one of the UK’s most successful electronic dance music events, the promoters of the GlobalGathering UK festival have decided that the festival will take a break in 2015 in order for all elements of the show to be reviewed ensuring GG remains at the heart of the UK dance market.”

The statement continues: “This will not affect any of the GG club shows in the UK or international GG events. Thanks to all of our loyal fans for your continued support, please check the website for further updates.” (via FACT.)

The 2014 edition of GlobalGathering took place in July at Long Marston Airfield, with Dixon, Skream and The Prodigy among the names involved.
