It’s time for the weekend – and what better way to kick it off with a special HARD edition of The Dirt, bringing you (15) tracks to pump all the way through. We welcome the HARD bossman Destructo to the selection, along with his #2, mister D BELL himself and our very own BONES. Some of these you can download (where you see the DL link given), but some you just have to listen and wait because they’re either too good to be FREE or their quite frankily not even out yet. All in all, gems abound. Dig in, my weekend warriors.

Listen & Download (after the jump)

Boys Noize – Go HARD
The first single off Alex’s coming EP, this one is a concoction of bouncey Acid into the trap-inspired breakdown. The product is a rave jump-off for the festival season.

Daft Punk – Giorgio by Moroder
Learn a history lesson with this timeless original from the new full length Random Access Memories.

Disclosure ft. Jessie Ware – Confess to me
The much-anticipated full length from Disclosure called “Settle” drops next week, and this is already the track with the highest energy on the album (not to mention the addition of Jessie Ware’s powerful vocals once again).

Destructo – Higher (Brodinski Remix)
Forthcoming off the HIGHER EP, the Frenchman amps his remix into full throttle techno. Expect to hear this one all summer long.

Kill Frenzy – Up N Up
Forthcoming unreleased track from the Belgian dirtybird, be on the lookout for this one, no preview even available yet!

Destructo – Live @ EDC Chicago 5.24.2013

All of my picks are guaranteed to make you bounce. And i love jams that make me bounce. I have a squeaky office chair, so i don’t know how much my co-workers enjoy it when I listen to these in the office. But I can’t help myself. And at this point I am ok with sounding like two co-eds fucking in a college dorm room while I work because these tracks get me through the day.

Disclosure – When a Fire Starts to Burn
Disclosure’s unbelievable debut LP finally gets released on 6/4. There are so many stand outs on the LP, but i’m picking this particular track because one of the Lawrence brothers played live bass on stage when they performed it at Coachella. The bass line is just too good, and the live feel that they brought to this track during their set really got the crowd grooving. It’s deep, dark, and groovy – everything I love about good House bass lines.

Yolanda Be Cool – A Baru In New York
Yolanda Be Cool delivers another House banger with this bouncy track released in April. It’s dirty, slightly off beat, and features middle eastern chanting. What else do you need to know?

Justin Martin – Ghettos and Gardens (Claude VonStroke Beverly Hills Coyote Mix)
This track has been out for at least 6 months at this point, but I still can’t get enough of it. It’s got the signature Dirty Bird Booty Bass that we all know and love, but this track’s melody gets me going every time I hear it. It’s really catchy. I find myself humming it in the shower weekly.

Alex Metric & Mark Yardley – Illium
I’ve been listening to this track off of Alex’s excellent Ammunition pt. 3 EP non stop for the past month. Alex Metric has been killing it lately, consistently releasing some of the best techno out there today. Get on the Alex Metric train quickly if you haven’t already.

Pusha T – Numbers On The Boards
I had to include this one although it’s a straight-up hip hop track. It’s just plain ole vicious.

Gorgon City – Freeze
Brand new one from my favorite collaborative project right now, Foamo & Rack N Ruin have been crushing with their production and are finally get the recognition they deserve for their heavy-hitting garage grooves. Can’t wait to see these guys live @ HARD Summer!

Ninetoes – Finder
This right now in this moment is my favorite track, whether playing in sets or just on my computer to get me through the day. This is the new “Round Table Knights – Calypso” in my book, but with more of an Oliver $ pace of vibe. A summer anthem for sure, get lost in this Bahama-mama.

Astronomar – Pay Attention
Had to support my boy Mar and his new label project Main Course w/ Neoteric and Bot. This track is a staple in my bigger sets right now, and pops off huge with its bubbling lead and fat club kick. Grab it for FREE and support the dude!

Storm Queen – Look Right Through (MK III Dub)
Yet another MK version of the classic, I love this one for my sets because it intros with a sole vocal that sets the energy high from the get go. As soon as the first chords hit in, tell me if hair doesn’t raise on your back.

Groovebox – Brooklyn
A current leader in the Beatport Tech House charts, I only just heard this first last week in Chicago and its been in my playlist ever since. Great rolling bassline accompanied by a dirty vocal sample from Biggie Biggie Biggie. Fans of Pleasurekraft, UMEK, and Green Velvet will be ALL OVER this one.
