Start off your Halloween weekend with the frightening sounds of Trentemoller, who will be performing with Xylos and Summer Twins at the Music Box October 27th. I was lucky enough to see Trentemoller at this year’s Coachella. The set began with a few simple notes looped together, which led to extensive layering, creating a complex cinematic masterpiece by the end of the set. While Trentemoller produces all of the music by himself, the Danish multi-instrumentalist will be performing live with a five piece band. Stay tuned for Trentemoller’s newest album, Remixed / Reworked, is set to drop on his label, In My Room, on November 8th.
