First I was a fan of Hot Chip. Then I found The 2 Bears. Now, it seems as if Joe Goddard will also be doing a solo project under his own moniker. As it was with his last musical endeavors, Joe Goddard strays from the norm and creates something fresh, catchy, and tasteful. His latest release is a deep take on Tyson’s ‘After You’re Gone,’ and the amalgam of Goddard’s bold usage of Acid basslines and Tyson’s 70′s Disco vocals proves to be a knockout in this 8 minute epic.
