About a year ago, I had a dream. In this dream, artists in the nu-disco/dreamwave/dreamrave/electropop/phunkagenda genres came together and decided it was time for them to break their silence. It was time for them to unite for the good of THE force and bring their groove to the people. Heeding a certain message from a certain Thomas Bangalter, these DJs decided that they were, indeed, in this TOGETHER. On the perpetual beach, the clock always read 8:08 pm and the illusion of love became very, very real. At night, Shooting Stars blazed a trail in the sky until they descended Into the Valley, mystifying the masses. Suddenly, I peered into the Devil’s Eyes where I saw the darkness rise and bleed on down into the night. Thankfully, Florrie came Breaking into a cold sweat, I awoke from this dream, peered into my dog’s peculiar face, and screamed You Stopped Loving Me?!?!

p.s. Franke Wilde? For real? I thought he was out of the game…

p.p.s. I’m also moving to LA the week before the show, which also happens to be my birthday.

p.p.p.s. I really like disco and would
