Street Ritual has again teamed up with Critical Beats to bring you Govinda‘s latest releases, Teacher Calling and The Xavante. These two tracks are a cross-cultural attempt to create awareness and spur action in support of forest preservation. All proceeds from the tracks go directly to non-profit organizations that support Amazon conservation and social justice.

This track is a breath of fresh air and something truly unique. It features the voice of a Shipibo Elder from the Amazon singing in her native tongue as well as a flute from a native medicine healer living in Cusco. Furthermore, the tracks percussion comes from a native living in the Sacred Valley.
