After the shocking announcement last month that electronic French label Institubes decided to pull out of the game all together, fans worldwide were left scratching their heads wondering if and when a rebound would come. Thankfully, Para One, Surkin, and Bobmo secretly joined forces and launched a new label called ‘Marble‘. They release their first EP today under the name ‘Marble Players’. Undeniably French, they push the boundaries of dance music, as both tracks are serious forward-thinking analog driven bass tunes, and I can affirmatively say that ‘Marble Anthem’ is one of the best tracks I’ve come across this year. Purchase the EP on iTunes.
