Last thursday we got the treat of attending the latest LA performance of Ghostland Observatory. If you know what it means to see these guys, then you would have definitely been there as well ready for groovy electronic with an ample dose of lazers in your face (If you haven’t been to one yet, I suggest you stop hiding). What we didn’t expect is for the encore to include a sleeper on the new album that came outta nowhere. Their new creation ‘Kick Clap Speaker’ is an absolute madman, taking you through a minute of serene sounds until the distorted robo vocal takes you on a ghastly ride of dirty, big room electro.
