Happy almost Halloween! It’s that time of year when girls dress with less, guys try to come up with some type of clever yet relevant costume, and ‘candy’ takes on a far different meaning than when you were munchin’ those Reese’s at 10pm after a serious trick or treating session in the 3rd grade.
Well dirty dancers, let me tell you that this Friday will be like no other CONTROL event that you have ever been to. The San Franciscan label known as dirtybird will be doing a full takeover of the mainstage at the Avalon in Hollywood with long, techy sets by label boss Claude VonStroke, Justin Martin, and J.Phlip.
Expect it to be a late one, and you better believe costumes are encouraged. We’ll also be reopening the GDD™ House Party room this week, so come get your tech on before going HARD at HARD!

Not super ridiculous but was challenged to a sumo battle and was promptly thrown into a bush. Lost the battle but of course showed that bush what an unplanned peoples elbow looks like!!
The craziest thing that happened to me on halloween was 2 years ago i was chillin at a house party on halloween. Already pretty buzzed my gf texted me saying, Hey im comin to the party im going as a pocahontas ill be there in half an hour." the 30 min passed and i was wasted. i ended up hooking up with another pocahontas gf look alike and ended the night and my relationship with a slap in the face followed by a cup of beer on my new phone!!!
